# How to Install BuzzBlender on Tizen Displays

### Before you begin
Make sure you have:
* A Samsung Signage Display connected to power
* The display connected to a stable network (Wi-Fi or wired LAN)
* The remote control for the display
* A USB flash drive
* A computer to prepare the USB drive
If your display has already been configured or used, perform a factory reset before installation to ensure a clean setup. Go to **Menu → System → Factory Reset**.
### Prepare the USB drive
1. **You can download the files using these links:**
2. **`https://buzzblender.com/cloud/BuzzBlender.wgt`**
3. **`https://buzzblender.com/cloud/sssp_config.xml`**
4. Create a folder named `SSSP` in the root directory of your USB drive.
5. Copy both installation files into the `SSSP` folder:
* `BuzzBlender.wgt`
* `sssp_config.xml`
Your USB structure should look like this:

### Install on Tizen 4.0 displays
1. Insert the USB drive into your Samsung Signage Display.
2. Press **Home** on the remote.
3. Open **URL Launcher Settings**.
4. Select **Install from USB device**.
5. Create a PIN if prompted.
6. Wait for installation to complete. The app launches automatically.
### Install on Tizen 6.5 displays
1. Insert the USB drive into your Samsung Signage Display.
2. Press **Home** on the remote.
3. Go to **Custom App**.
4. If a previous Buzzblender app is installed, uninstall it first from near **App Management**.
5. Open **App Management**.
6. Select **Install from USB Drive**.
7. Create a PIN if prompted.
8. Wait for installation to complete. The app launches automatically.
### Install on Tizen 7 displays
1. Insert the USB drive into your Samsung Signage Display.
2. Press **Menu** on the remote.
3. Go to **System → Play Via** and select **Custom app**.
4. If **App Management** is not visible, switch your source to **HDMI** and try again.
5. Press **Home**.
6. Open **Features → App Management**.
7. Select **Install from USB Device**.
8. Create a PIN if prompted.
9. Wait for installation to complete. The app launches automatically.
### Install on factory-reset or brand-new displays
If your display is brand new or has been factory reset, complete the initial setup first:
1. Complete the **Basic Setup** wizard:
* Choose your language.
* Choose **Landscape** or **Portrait** orientation.
* Set **Auto Power Off** to **Off**.
* Connect to your network via **Wi-Fi** or **Wired LAN**.
2. When prompted for **Play Via**, select **Custom Player:**

1. On the **Connect to RM Server** screen, select **Skip**.
2. Adjust the date and time settings.
3. Follow the Tizen version-specific installation steps above.
### For displays already in use
If your Samsung display is already configured and running other apps:
1. Uninstall any previously installed apps from **App Management**.
2. Verify the time is correct under **Menu → System → Time**.
3. Enable **Secured Protocol** under **Menu → System → Security**.
4. Follow the Tizen version-specific installation steps above.
### Connect your screen to Buzzblender
After installation, the app launches automatically. To link it to your Buzzblender account:
1. Go to app.buzzblender.com and sign up or log in.
2. Navigate to **Devices** at app.buzzblender.com/device.
3. Enter the access code displayed on your Samsung screen.
### Set the app to auto-start
To make Buzzblender launch automatically when the display powers on:
1. Press **Settings** on the remote.
2. Go to **System → Auto Start Application**.
3. Enable auto-start and select the Buzzblender app.
### Switch from MagicINFO mode
If **URL Launcher** or **App Management** is missing from your Home menu, your display may be in MagicINFO mode:
1. Press **Menu** on the remote.
2. Go to **System → Play Via**.
3. Select **Custom app** (on some models, this appears as **URL Launcher**).
### Troubleshooting
The installation does not start. What should I check?
Verify your USB drive structure:
* Folder name is exactly `SSSP` (case-sensitive, in the USB root)
* Both files are present and not corrupted
* USB drive is properly formatted (FAT32 or exFAT recommended)
Do I need internet access to install?
No. Installation can be completed entirely from the USB drive. You only need internet access to connect your screen to your Buzzblender account after installation.
How do I update the Buzzblender app?
Replace the files on your USB drive with the latest version and repeat the installation process. The app will be updated in place.
Which Samsung displays are supported?
Buzzblender supports Samsung Signage Displays running the SSSP platform (Tizen). The specific Tizen versions covered in this guide are examples and do not represent the full list of compatible devices. If your display uses SSSP, it should be supported.
